    lmao, dont believe this crap. there was probably ONE case where someone that weighed 300 lbs lost 5 in a week but i doubt that too. dont try diets you see advertised, most of them make you lose only water weight that dehydrates you and comes back in an instant. if you want to lose weight, eat 6 small meals a day and try to keep each meal under 200 calories. eating only 2 or 3 times a day causes your body to store food you eat as body fat for energy.
