29 Before 30: Goal no.2

I am doing a "29 Before 30" list which means I’ve picked 29 things I want to accomplish before I turn 30 next year.
I am the type of person who goes back and forth with healthy eating and eating complete crap. It’s terrible! I’m embarrassed to say me and my boyfriend have been living off of restaurant & fast food for a few months
& I have been feeling like complete crap because of it. (low energy and headaches) BUT last night we went shopping and bought a lot of yummy, healthy food and we’re going to try and get back on track together. My boyfriend loves junk (esp. sweets and bacon lol) but thankfully if I cook healthy, he loves it so I just have to make sure we hold each other accountable.
Ideally I like to eat small means 6 times a day a la Jorge Cruise. (breakfast – snack – lunch – snack -dinner) When I I used to eat this way I felt SO good and had tons of energy and when I added exercise to that I lost weight quickly and safely. I do need to lose about 20 lbs. but right now I’m focusing on eating better and working my way up to exercising. I’m hoping to get a bike soon
