So i got a jump rope, and my school starts September11. and im a freshman. And i want to lose 10 pounds whatever it takes or less than that because i know it’s not healthy to lose a lot by 14 days. Will this help me look a bit lighter by the way i’m chubby and 5’5 but so not obese!!

1 hour of jumping ropes wich is about 1,200 of jumping.
300 crunches 3 times a day.
40 pushups 3 times a day.
500-700 calories a day.
