Question by Derek: How can i loose weight in a month?
I’m 14 I’m about to turn 15 in November 10 I’m 175 but I don’t look fat I want to loose weight next month. I run 3 miles everyday after school and I play basketball I lift weights 2-3 times a week I been drinking water this whole month I not drinking coke no more I only eat fast food on Saturday or on Sunday does any one know how to lose 50 pounds in a month

Try swapping any snacks you have for fruit, eat a BIG breakfast, a snack, your lunch eg. Something healthy and not too big, snack, main meal, try stuff like pastas, chicken, fish, salads etc.
Don’t eat after 8pm, no caffiene after 6pm.
Keep doing the exersize you are, try putting some sit ups etc in aswell or biking?
Just eat right and keep up the stuff your already doing!
And the takeaway IS a good idea, if you have a treat once a week your less tempted to break diets etc.
