I had joined free livestrong.com. If you go to my tracker food plate you put in your goals. It will tell you how many calories.
example. I put that I wanted to lose 2lbs a week. Im a little taller than you and weighed a little less at the time. Was really just using it as a guide to eat a good amount of calories. You put in what you ate and what physical activity you did and those calories are deducted from the calories you’ve consumed. where you input the food you ate most home and restaurant foods are already in the system.
They have me at 1028 cals a day with no activity. I tend to eat about 1500 cals a day but workout. Sometimes Im over and sometimes I do good. But its been quite accurate.

Go to the health food store. Get Liptotropic Tablets. They work on the fat stored in your body. Drink lots of water, you’ll piss the fat away. Lost 11 lbs in 7 days.
