um…your dance coach must not know a lot about healthy weight. 130 is NOT a bad weight for 5’8″ at all (actually I’m two inches taller and rather jealous) also…they really have no business to be telling you you need to lose weight when you’re still a growing and devoloping young lady. I can understand that a certain weight may be desirable based on the type of dance you are involved with but telling you you need to lose weight is NOT acceptable.
